Maher Fares Hamdan, 28, born in 1994 in Shebaa, is a shepherd. He was abducted by occupation forces while tending his flock on the lands of Jabal Al-Sheikh [“Mount Hermon”] on June 7, 2025. His family did not know his fate until Ali Fneish’s family learned that both Ali and Maher were imprisoned together in late July 2025.
