Captain Imad Fadel Amhaz, born in Al-Kwakh, Beqaa, in 1986, and residing in Qamatiyeh, had one academic year left to complete his studies at the Marine Sciences Academy in Batroun, where he was undergoing training. He is married and the father of three children. He was captured on November 1, 2024 during a raid by an “Israeli” commando unit, which stormed his room in front of UNIFIL forces stationed at sea, who did not act to stop his abduction.
